Bullying & Harassment Policy
Sporting Chance Project Ltd is committed to a safe, inclusive environment where bullying and harassment in any form are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
This policy outlines how we prevent, identify and respond to bullying and harassment promptly, fairly and effectively, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026. It covers:
- Definitions of bullying and harassment, including online, discriminatory and sexual harassment
- Prevention strategies and behaviour expectations
