Construction Workshops

Sporting Chance Project supports 14–19 year olds, including SEN students, through one-to-one or small group learning. We provide mentoring, functional skills, and alternative education for the construction industry in a safe, structured environment.

Skilled tradespeople and tutors deliver nationally recognised pathways, including ASDAN and NCFE Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

Young learners can use their skills and qualifications to progress to an apprenticeship, further education, or employment.

Work experience placements for Year 11 and above, plus transition support toward future pathways.

Taster sessions

Free half-day taster sessions for all our trades. If it's the right pathway, full-day or half-day workshops can be booked in six-week (term time) blocks.

Transport Provided

Transportation offered for 2+ students from school to our specialist site in Brislington, Bristol.

Our sessions include

Sessions can be tailored to individual needs in half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) formats.
